These terms cover the single service Avid Problem Solvers offers on this website: a one-hour operations consultation.

The service

• One 60-minute consultation over Google Meet, at a flat fee of $1,199.
• No retainer, no proposal process and no preliminary discovery call.
• The consultation is advisory. You decide what to implement and remain responsible for decisions made in your business.

Payment and booking

• Payment is taken in full, through Razorpay, before you choose a time slot.
• A booking is confirmed only when Razorpay confirms the payment to us — not when the browser shows a success screen.
• After payment you choose a slot from the available times and receive a calendar invitation with the meeting link.

The brief

Before the session we ask you to send a short brief describing the problem. The more specific it is, the more of the hour goes into the problem itself.

Confidentiality

What you tell us in the brief and during the session is treated as confidential. We do not name clients and do not reuse your information in published material in any identifiable form.
