Cancellation & Refunds

This is the complete cancellation and refund policy for the one service Avid Problem Solvers sells: a one-hour operations consultation.

The price

• The hour is $1,199, paid in full at booking.
• One hour, one price, no retainer.

Rescheduling

• Reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the session, as often as you need.

Cancelling

• Cancel more than 48 hours before the session: full refund, returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Cancel within 48 hours, or don't attend: no refund. The hour was held and the preparation was already done.

If we cancel

• If we cancel or reschedule for any reason, you choose: a full refund, or a new slot at no cost.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method.
• We never hold or see your card details.
