# Cancellation & Refunds

This is the complete cancellation and refund policy for the one service Avid Problem Solvers sells: a one-hour operations consultation.

## The price

- The hour is $1,199, paid in full at booking.
- One hour, one price, no retainer.

## Rescheduling

- Reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the session, as often as you need.

## Cancelling

- Cancel more than 48 hours before the session: full refund, returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Cancel within 48 hours, or don't attend: no refund. The hour was held and the preparation was already done.

## If we cancel

- If we cancel or reschedule for any reason, you choose: a full refund, or a new slot at no cost.

## How refunds are paid

- Refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method.
- We never hold or see your card details.
